Hi! My name is Lila (pronounced lee-lah) Simmons and I am a woman of multiple geniuses. I struggled for YEARS with bringing my skills to the marketplace because I thought I had to choose only one skill/talent. This article (http://joellelydon.com/what-is-your-genius/) by Joelle Lydon encouraged me to step outside my comfort zone and offer ALL of my geniuses to the marketplace in support of my minis while I build my coaching practice. My passion is to uplift, to give people tools, to connect people and to tell stories with healing being the result. I often do these things in combination.
Empress U: Putting you in the driver’s seat of your life - As a sovereign-life strategist, I equip and support women in embodying their power, freedom and joy. Sessions are available in:
- 30 minute sessions that support a person in crafting a new story to support their desired reality. They receive a recording of their session and a follow-up mini session to ensure that they did their assignment ($50 per session)
- On-going support sessions; 30 or 60 minutes in length that support the client in getting into the driver’s seat in a specific area of their life.

- Well-being Consultation: A FREE 30 minute well-being consultation to assess your current energy leaks and strategize plugging them.
- Guided Meditation & Energy Work: I will walk you through a Spirit-led meditation and energetic realignment. ($50)

Client relations management; Feel confident that your new and existing clients are being well taken care of with effective communication. I will handle your new client procedures (sending welcome packages, first steps, etc.), client correspondence (general email support, answering FAQ’s, etc.) and client scheduling (keeping appointments organized)
